Registration & Payment

The FPCP 2006 registration desk at the Coast Plaza Hotel will be open during the conference as well as from 4-6 pm on Saturday 8 April.

Please follow these two steps to register for FPCP 2006.  If there are questions, please contact us.

Step 1:

Step 2: 

Unless otherwise stated, registration includes lunch, coffee breaks, reception and banquet but not accommodations. The fees for the conference and our cancellation policy are listed below.

Early registration (payment before or on 9 March) Cdn$ 425
Registration (after 9 March) Cdn$ 500
Student registration Cdn$ 225
1-day registration (includes lunch and coffee breaks for the day) Cdn$  75/day
Companion (attending all lunches, coffee breaks, reception and banquet) Cdn$ 225
Companion (attending reception and banquet only) Cdn$ 100
Companion (attending banquet only) Cdn$   70

Cancellation Policy:
Before or on 9 March Full refund
After 9 March and before or on 1 April Partial refund (minus $50 for administrative fees)
After 1 April No refund
